We also pay regular follow-up visits to ensure the quality of our services.
Our service team provides customers with professional installation services for products such as Genesys, Nuance, AudioCodes GW/SBC, as well as testing, customized development, training, and third-party product integration services for the above products.
Value-added maintenance services refer to on-site support, active analysis, change consultation, performance and capacity assessment, system relocation and upgrading, product version notification and analysis, and in-depth (customized) system health check, maintenance consultation, and 7/24 remote monitoring services we provide to customers in addition to basic maintenance services.
According to service contracts, our professional project managers can track and manage all links of a project, hold regular project meetings, timely communicate with customers on project progress, organize resources to ensure the realization of project requirements and control project risks, and submit deliverables in time for each phase of the project. Professional consulting services include network design, network security consulting, GW/SBC configuration consulting, system architecture design consulting, SDK development consultation, complex system change consulting and system disaster preparedness consulting.
Customized development services include the customized development of IVR, reports and routing policy according to different customer requirements. We can also complete interface design and development according to customer interface conditions, and provide customized SDK development service.
